Product Description
Ceramic fiber paper is manufactured by refractory alumina silicate fiber, which is used in high temperature insulating fields. Ceramic fiber paper has the advantage of excellent resistance to corrosion, low thermal conductivity, good electric insulation. In addition, thickness very even, smooth surface, pure white color, can be made of various sizes of products. The product does not contain asbestos and is perfect material for sealing and insulating.
We can provide 4 grades of ceramic fiber paper, including 1260°C standard, 1260°C high pure, 1360C high Aluminium and 1430°C Zirconium.
Applications
1. Thermal insulation, gasket, seal, separator, lining, etc. for high temperature and chemical resistant applications.
2. Fireproof material, spark and molten metal protection.
3. High temperature electrical insulation materials.
4. High temperature filtration.
5. Acoustic and Thermal insulation for vehicles' silencers and catalytic.
Standard Specification
Temperature: 1260°C -1400°C.
Density: 160kg/m³-220kg/m³.
Thicknesses: 0.5mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 6mm.
Widths: 610mm, 650mm, 1000mm, 1220mm.
Packaging: In plastic bags and then in cartons (special packaging is available per requests).
We can produce various widths according to customer requirements, can also make into ceramic fiber paper covered aluminum foil, ceramic fiber paper coated vermiculite and ceramic fiber paper with graphite according to customer requirements.
